HFT Recycling Filter Nozzle – reliable filtration, homogenization, and secure production.

This modular filter nozzle was specifically developed for the trouble-free processing of contaminated plastic materials and recyclates.
It is robust simple design ensures high process reliability and consistent production even under demanding conditions.
A key advantage is the quick and uncomplicated filter cleaning process.
The filter can be cleaned by simply flushing directly at the injection molding machine, eliminating the lengthy downtime.
Flow-optimized melt channels ensure minimal pressure loss and constant melt flow.
Thanks to interchangeable filter units and adapters, the filter nozzle can be flexibly integrated into various injection molding machines -> simply, quickly, and without complex modifications.
Thanks to the robust construction the filter nozzle also excels when glass-fiber-reinforced plastics are used for its long service life.
Furthermore, its design promotes improved homogeneity of the plastic melt.
